The build schedule was tight, with limited setup time in the central business district, and the staggered deployment had to be carefully aligned with multiple build teams.
Connectivity for 500,000+ Attendees
The site layout, centred around a lake with a changing one-way system, added further logistical complexity. With more than 500,000 attendees, internet demand was exceptionally high.
To ensure reliability across hundreds of POS devices, multiple layers of connectivity had to be deployed using 5G high-gain antennas, Starlink, and hard lines.

The client required tills to meet strict aesthetic standards, with every installation detail managed precisely.
Cash drawers also needed to be durable and reliable, as cash payments remained popular, particularly among older demographics.
